We cordially invite you to the official opening of the Joseph and Catherine Marjanczyk Library of the Polish Cultural Foundation which will take place on Sunday, April 30, 2017 starting at 2:00pm.

The event will include: an exhibition and a presentation on the history of the Polish Cultural Foundation as well as the library itself. There will be a book fair, a book lottery, a presentation on how the library works and, last but not least, on how to become a member and rent a book. There will be also lectures by authors of interesting books.
The Marjanczyk’s Library of the Polish Cultural Foundation is an extremely important resource and venue for the preservation and propagation of the Polish literature and culture in the United States. Many of the books in the library’s collection can be classified as either unique or one of few copies left in the world including Poland. The Marjanczyk’s Library contains over 18,000 books and publications for ethnic research or reading in Polish or English languages.
