LAST CARNIVAL CONCERT at the PCF

All are invited to Spend an Afternoon of Music that
Will be a Feast for the Senses

For those of you who like to be entertained by light classical music, this is the concert for you. This concert includes a fine string quartette, many appear with the New York Philharmonic, a professional International quartette of vocal soloists from France, Russia, Poland and a Mexican American. There will be a 30 voice choir singing Handel's Hallelujah and colorful dancers in period costumes, in the style of Andre Rieu, who is popular on PBS television, with his compliment of singers, daners and instrumental soloists.
The program will span from the Merry Widow's Waltze, through the Toreador Song from the Opera "Carmen", all the way into "Eine Kleine Nacht Music", and will even include Neapolitan Songs and the enchanting gypsy "Tsardasch".
SOLOISTS: Malgorzata Kellis, Soprano; Veronique Chevillard, mezzosoprano; Mikhail Yanenko, tenor; Juan Jose Ibarra, baritone.
STRING QUARTETTE: Krzysztof Kuznik, I violin; Agata Manka, II violin; Maurycy Banaszek, viola; Wojciech Szczech, cello.
CHOIR ANGELUS conducted by Izabela Grajner-Partyka, will sing the most famous Handel's "Hallelujah".
POLISH AMERICAN FOLK DANCE COMPANY will be dancing the Polonaise in period costumes.
